Not thrilled
Ridiculous service, I ordered these on 8-4-24 not back ordered confirmation stated would ship in 5-7 business days. Hasn’t shipped. Haven’t been provided any kind of status email as to my order, website is terrible - I have an email confirmation and order number and cannot lookup my order status successfully as I always get an error message, yet I got an email to rate my never received items I have no information on today. I would say buy the products but not direct from them, get them from a store with a better functioning website and better customer service in the event there’s an issue.

Pomona Pattern!!
I love these bowls - Pomona is my favorite pattern - I love it so much more than The Botanic Garden Pattern - I so wish it wasn’t discontinued, & am hoping the dinner plates come back in stock!!
