Recent Accessibility Review and Ongoing Improvements
Portmeirion Group USA, Inc. has carried out a manual accessibility review on 16th September 2025 in addition to our ongoing automated monitoring processes. This assessment has helped us identify and prioritize several areas for improvement to further enhance the accessibility and usability of our website. We have actively worked to address and resolve the following issues, among others identified during our review and testing processes:
- All content is accessible using a keyboard interface
- Keyboard focus is not obscured
- Headings and labels accurately describe the topic or purpose
- Labels or instructions are provided wherever user input is required
- Contrast ratios meet accessibility standards
- The order of navigation is logical and consistent sitewide
- Users are able to skip content when needed
We are working towards improving the following areas:
- Ensure that links have machine readable names that screen reader users can engage with.
- Information about content structure is available to more people.
- Assistive technology can determine the language of a page.
- People using assistive technology understand all components.
These updates form part of our continuing effort to maintain and improve compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA criteria. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we will continue to assess, monitor, and enhance our digital platforms to ensure a more inclusive experience for all users.
