SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Delivery
Delivery charge of $35 for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico still apply.
Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed in our distribution center in Waterbury, CT. FedEx Ground shipments take 1-7 business days to reach any location in the continental US from our distribution center. Please note that we are unable to ship outside the US, or to PO Boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available. Please add an additional $35 for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to exchange or refund new, unused merchandise, excluding delivery charges, when you make the request within 30 days of the shipping date.
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, open-box, “nearly perfect”, seconds and clearance items ending .98.
Refund and Exchange Guidelines
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
Items for return or exchange must be returned unused, in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued, excluding delivery charges, in the original form of payment.
Please contact Customer Service for assistance with returns regarding damaged or defective items.
For returns due to an error made by Portmeirion Group, we will replace the item where possible or refund the purchase price in full, including taxes and delivery charges, in the original form of payment.
If the original form of payment is unavailable for credit, a check for the refund amount will be issued to the purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on non-faulty items returned that are not in fully resalable condition. If you refuse to accept delivery of a shipment, please note the cost of the return freight will be deducted as a restocking fee from the refund amount.
Flatware Returns
Flatware returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and must be returned in its original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the items, if it is found that the flatware has been used, no refund will be issued. At the request of the customer, the flatware can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
How To Start a Return
Begin the return process by completing the return form on the order packing list and following the instructions for return. Please ship your item in the original packaging, along with the form, to us at:

We recommend using FedEx as you are better able to track your shipment. If you need assistance in returning an item, as a courtesy, we will provide a FedEx call tag so that FedEx will come to you to pick-up the package. Please note, however, the cost of the FedEx call tag will be deducted from any credit applied. Portmeirion Group Designs, LLC ships packages via Fed Ex. Flat rate shipping is $15 per order.

We can ship to APO/FPO addresses using Federal Express SmartPost, both of which coordinate final delivery to the recipient through the US Postal Service. Please add 3-4 days to estimated ship time. - Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27, 2025) – order by November 20, 2025
- Hanukkah (Sunday, December 14 - Monday, December 22, 2025) – order by December 07, 2025
- Christmas Day (Thursday, December 25, 2025) – order by December 15, 2025
- Warehouse Closure: Orders placed from January 1, 2026 until January 5, 2026 will not be processed until January 6, 2026
