5 star village, 1 star lights
Beautiful village with one big flaw. The pieces themselves are 5 star. They are beautiful, classy looking, and have excellent detail. HAVING SAID THAT, the light system is 1 star. Having to pick up each piece to turn on and off the light, with no timer even, is a massive drawback. My village is up on a shelf, and I cannot use the lighting at all. It's a big disappointment. There should be, at a minimum, a timer so you can just turn it on and it will turn off and on by itself like my 20$ yard ornaments.
