This item was never received. In fact, you canceled the order because your website went haywire and apparently discounted things more than you anticipated. It seemed a few days later that you had made adjustments to the website, so I placed a new order...which you also cancelled a few days later. You had best make sure you reimbursed me because I have not received anything from you unless I ordered it through Macys or somewhere else. In that case, the charge was with Macys, not you all. You need to get your act together and realize that other places give better deals than you do.

Portmeirion Botanical Salad Plates
Beautiful salad plates with unique designs that are different than the dinner plate designs. UPS had somehow bashed the side of the box in shipping and smashed 3 of the plates. Portmeirion customer service was top notch in getting the particular designs/plates replaced very quickly. Thank you!

Adorable salad plates
These salad plates go well with the 30 piece set I bought a few years back. I wish
I could have had the option to pick out the flowers on these six to match the dinner plates
from my original set. Thus the 4 rating.
