Poor quality items and disappointing customer service
The quality is bad and the chemical smell is horrible. I contacted customer service and they said they can’t do anything but if I want to return or exchange, I have to pay for shipping. I’m regretted ordering 4 of them so much. Representative was so rude as well.
Agent was also very rude. Even when I asked nicely, representative spoke unprofessional and rude.
