Shipping Information

Portmeirion Group Designs, LLC ships packages to all US states and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates - to contiguous 48 states: Flat rate shipping at $15 per order. Free shipping is available on orders over $175 placed on Nambe.com only.

Shipping Rates - to Alaska, Hawaii: Flat rate shipping at $35 per order. We do not offer free shipping for these destinations.

We are currently unable to ship outside of the US. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service.  There is no shipping time guarantees for delivery to APO/FPO addresses with this service.

Estimated shipping times apply to in stock merchandise.  Please contact customer service to verify availability. Portmeirion Group Designs LLC retains the right to require signature for receipt of select orders. Allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed in our distribution center in Waterbury, CT. Fed-Ex shipments take 1-7 business days to reach any location in the continental US from our distribution center.
