Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced sales associates. The sales associate is responsible for supporting a team that delivers excellent customer service while achieving company sales goals. This individual reports to their Store Manager.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals set forth by the company within a team environment.
- Help oversee all customer inquiries and concerns.
- POS knowledge to include computing sales, shipping transactions, bridal registry, & personalization, in a timely manner.
- Review current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, refunds/exchanges, and security practices.
- Package and ship customer shipments in a timely manner.
- Help process weekly store deliveries and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Help maintain store signage and pricing.
- Help maintain standards in store – Requires dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move 35 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
- Ability to process customer orders and store deliveries as needed.
- Ability to retrieve merchandise from stockroom or sales floor, bending and reaching.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to attend and participate in meetings when required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
